ABOUT US...Suki's Canine Rescue Crew are a Charitable organisation, operating solely with unpaid volunteers. We set up in 2012 to help educate dog owners & promote responsible dog ownership. Rescuing dogs out of time in the pound & taking owner relinquishment. We also provide safe foster homes for dogs while their owners are in hospital, homeless or in need of any kind of respite.
Suki's Crew are volunteers with a passion for helping dogs in need. Most of us have rescue dogs ourselves. We go above and beyond to help the dogs coming into rescue by assessing their needs, then rehoming dogs into an appropriate environment, reuniting stray dogs with their owners, search for missing/lost dogs, offering advice and directing owners who are experiencing training issues with their own dogs to appropriate dog trainers and behaviourists, taking in dogs from the pound, providing transport runs, and taking care of dogs while their owners are in hospital, respite, homeless & much more. |
